I have a Koba VP70. Everyone said "Use R134, and don't use Green Gas." I had my doubts of their concerns with green gas, and tried it once, and I jacked up the pistol. Green Gas was too powerful for it. It fudged up the seals. Luckily I was able to get it working pretty reliably again.
Overall, it's a neat and slick pistol... But without green gas to give that extra "oomph", some people aren't going to know that they're hit when they're wearing vests and crap in a high speed environment, and it's not going to have the range, or the speed at range to whack someone on the opposing side of a building before they dodge BBs.
I just keep this thing with my USCM gear.
Agreed. I have R134, and it is gutless sadly (fires around 190fps and not far at all). Tried some green gas a few times and it goes like a piston with great range, but I know full well I'll blow it up that way as Aaron has.
Steve and Rich on here know how to uprate the firing piston to take the force of the green gas...
