Most airsoft dealers in the US are selling an M41-A conversion kit. This includes absolutely everything you need to turn your M1A1 Thompson into a pulse rifle (including the correct pistol grip).
I've seen them on websites for about $400.00 US but this price is on the high side for just the kit.
The G&P M41-A conversion kit is the one we seem to like (there is one other kit by Airsoftclub). It has a working counter (that actually counts down as BBs are fired from the gun), grenade launcher with working pump grip and simulated shotgun shell (the shotgun shell is not accurate in that it should be an M40 grenade round, but one board member was able to remove the shell and replace it with a dummy M40 round), extendable stock, etc.
