The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Heresy! Noeland, we have your stake ready. What kind of wood do you want to be burned with? How about a nice hickory smoke? ;)

I cannot wait to add to my gas gun collection.

Gonna try not to hijack this too obviously...but if you're looking for a really fun gas gun, I can highly recommend the M11. It's not all that practical in games, but damn is it fun to spray a 47-round mag empty in less than 2 seconds! I converted mine to full metal and bought a nice silencer for it. Good heft to it, and makes a great noise with that metal on metal blowback.

Russ, let me amend the above post. Maybe this will save me from the fire.

I have used, which are the p-90, the desert eagle, and a free from a friend beretta 92.

Each of them made horrendous noises that sounded like broken lurching alarm clocks trying desperately to turn thier gears.

I can't imagine ever using them in a skirmish. Everyone would know to scatter 10 second before a bb ever flew. The P-90 in particular was really noisy.

I was just kidding Noeland. You have to do something REALLY bad to get burned at the stake. :)

Which P90? If it's the Well P90 then yes, those things are good for costuming, but bad for anything else.

Those cheap electric, ahem, 'blowback' pistols are craptastic.

Well, they were. Marui's new line seem to function pretty good.
