 Post subject: Dremel - Can ayone recommend one in the UK?

Hope someone can help. I'm in need of new good dremel, for cutting a SPAS cage, can anyone recommend one in the Uk?

Also can someone give me a link for Reinforced Cutting Wheels that i should use with a dremel for cutting the cage?

I use a step drillbit (in proper drill), nibbler and B&D powerfile to mod the SPAS cages.
