Saturday 08:45 Dragon Con Photoshoot & Parade RV - Hilton lobby 09:15 Departure to parade staging point - Hilton lobby 10:00 Dragon Con Parade 15:00 Colony Sweep RV - West entrance (exterior) of the Hyatt 15:30 Colony Sweep - Westin 19:30 Colonial Marine Dinner - Aunt Pittypat's Porch Sunday 19:00 UKCM Colony Sweep - Starting at Hyatt Bar (touring as many bars a possible. Costumes encouraged) Late Evening (TBC) - Cruxshadows Concert (Costumes optional for the adventurous...) Monday 13:00 Pizza Pool Party - Sheraton Pool (all welcome, access can be arranged, bring swim gear) If you have any events that you would like to add (such as alternate dinner plans, or any other events), please add them to this thread and I will update. |

Anyone planning on doing the "Meet the Fleet" charity party Saturday night at 8:30pm? (Westin Savannah ballroom) It sounds a lot like the "Military Ball" two years ago. Party appears aimed at fans of "trooping" (all types). Seems like it could be a natural event to flow into after the dinner. |
