We had two tables one near mannequins at the "entrance" and our smaller lab (face hugger stasis tube etc.).
All was planned for a larger dark room, but just one day prior to the Con we had to improvise and use another room.
Good news was that we are at the corridor to the main workshop (Worbla etc.) and reading area so a lot of people came by.
