If you mean specifically this year, no one has.
If you want specific examples: look at the backlash Stacy Bither got with her Hello Kitty armour, Roman and his unicorn plushie, and Dom berating the guy from Atlanta Cosplay Group for his gold pulse rifle (which was a gift from his group for putting together the idea of doing Aliens costumes). On the flip side, there was hardly any fallout at Aaron Horrocks wearing a real uniform as part of the CG.
EDIT: Also there was the incident, not directly related to the parade, but where Dom decided to pass judgement on someone's marine cotume, who turned out to be photographer Bryan Humphrey, which nearly cost the group the free photoshoot he offered us that year, and Bryan and his wife (who has a xeno costume, would have been nice to have had another of those) were going to join the AL, however, after that, decided not to.
If you want explicit examples of people being turned away, is in someone saying to them "You can't be in the parade" there isn't one. But, yes, people have been made to feel unwelcome, it's certainly implied, however never said directly.
I was actually explicitly told that I could not participate in the parade, table, troop, etc if I was going to wear my HK armor, so honestly I stopped participating period because I felt wholly unwelcome. I maintained my acct and keep up with friends I made, but that is it. That was of course not this year but the after the 1 year I did participate in the parade.
