Terry English will be opening his exhibition on Thursday 12th March at The Movieum in Central London. He has requested as many UKCM as possible to provide atmosphere at the opening. I can't say much about it, but there will be press coverage and possibly celebrities (although not Aliens-related AFAIK!). Terry would like Marines, Smart gunners and Aliens (anyone with a costume that features in Aliens irrespective of armour) to attend.

The organisers require numbers ASAP. However, I understand that since it is a weekday people may need some time before they can say with any certainty they can attend. Therefore, could we have a rough Ready Line with all likely attendees in two weeks time, by Monday 23rd February?

Provided you don't mind getting cosy, crash space is available at my place and at ADC's gaff, both of which are about 40 mins train ride from Central London.

I don't have much leave left from work, but I'll be there.

We normally don't have spotters like the Star Wars guys because the majority of us are Marines (open face and barely impaired movement) and don't require them. The Marines look out for the Aliens and Preds and for this I am eternally grateful.

Sorry, the organisers are only offering free entry for people in costume.
