Hi Lucas.

It looks as though Russ won't be able to come now due to working that
weekend, unlucky for him. He won't know until tomorrow evening, but if
that is the case then you may be able to take his place in Steve (DATA)'s room.

Of course that is up to Steve so I will check with him tomorrow that he
hasn't made other arrangements and then I'll PM you.

Richard and I will be going to the restaurant either Friday or Saturday to pay the deposit and give the list of orders. They have now said that they want a £5 deposit from everyone and not just those on the festive menu (to keep it simple apparently) anyway, Richard has still kindly offered to pay this upfront for everyone. So on the night everyone must give Rich £5 and then those on the festive menu will just need another £8.50. Those on the "normal" menu will owe whatever they have on the night.

Zuzus, I have not heard from you about what you want to order and I see you haven't read my last PM. If anyone can get in touch with him please do so and ask him to send me his order ASAP otherwise he will have to choose from the normal menu on the night.

Restaurant booking is completed thanks to Richard. Table for 19 booked for 9 pm on the Saturday night.

Zuzus, I have had to choose your menu for you since I did not hear from you. Hopefully, there won't be a problem with the choices but I didn't really have any other option mate.
