We're looking at sharing hotel rooms.
Biggest we can find is 3 adults sharing at £45 for the room. £15 each, is damn near affordable, if we can get enough to fill the room.

Hotel rooms are in very short supply that weekend- theres a couple of other big exhibitions going on that w/e. You might find you end up some distance from the NEC.

I get back from the states on 25th so hopefully I can make the sunday. My bug costume is in storage though, but I'll put myself on photography detail if indeed I can make it.

Still if you pre-order your ticket you get a parking discount.

I guess we meet up at opening time at the main gate. Unless someones who's been there before has a better plan?
