Well barring the roads I`m told it`s 2hrs from London to Portsmouth,so we`ll be there around 8ish I believe.

After that I`ve no idea,maybe the ppl who were there last year could help on a few questions. I figure though there WILL be a table

Darren is the guy liaising with the organisers for this show, and he has no internet atm.

We should have a table, and there was a decent changing area last time with sofas and a fridge behind the stage. At the back of the building there is a loading bay and a large freight elevator that can be used to bring up costumes and "stuff" once we have made ourselves known to the organisers.

I am hoping to be there by 9am. I'm not quite sure what time the show opens ...

Sorry for the late reply, unfortunately Gareth is right and I have no real net access at the moment, should be sorted by Wednesday though hopefully. Anyway, AFAIK there will be 2 or 3 tables set aside for us like last time and as Gareth said there is a decent changing room. I will try and phone the organiser later to double check all this.
IIRC the show opened at 10 a.m. last time but I got there at 9 I think to set up. I will let everyone know if there is any thing different this time.

Just checked the last email I got from the guy and the show does start at 10 a.m.
Set up is open from 7 a.m. so I may get there at about 8:30.
