The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Can do.

I was going to get a taxi from home to Chatham station, so we can always arrange a time to meet either there or in London?

Right, I've ordered a room for me and Glenn here:

http://www.londockexcel.crowneplaza.com/

Twin room with breakfasts for Fri, Sat and Sunday nights.

£298.45 in total, so £150 each.

God! This is going to cost me a fortune!

We're only planning on staying for one night and driving back home late on Sunday. The only places I can find with rooms available are Travel Lodge at Aldgate (£80 plus tube fare), Custom House (£90) and the Crowne Plaza (£109 but at least that's with breakfast).

Oh, and I've just checked - anyone thinking of staying further afield and catching the train/tube there's going to be engineering works on all that weekend so its going to be a PITA to get anywhere. :(

Which is why it's sensible to get the hotel right next to the venue.

If I print up a T-shirt with "LIMEWIRE! LOL!" written on it, will I get in? :)
I doubt we'll get Abe in there, though. Pirates are his NEMESIS!

I've explained to Abe that these are Vampirates, more likely to bite the neck than stick it with a cutlass

Hello to all.

The court trail has ended and I am still a free man. The cop did not turn up to court so I throw the case out.

So now I am free for this long bloody headache.

So what is the deal with this trip?

What hotel are you staying at?

I see that the list is as far:

MANTROON (Marine - if rebuilt in time)
PUG50 (Abe)
Kona & Pixie (Choas & Mayhem)
JEDIFRAZ (Marine & Possible BSG Raptor pilot. If I have room.)
Friendlyskies
Fal Bowden
Skapunkninja
Harry Harris (Saturday only - maybe)
Model Shop Guy
ADC (Sat)
Russ (Sat)
Mole & Mr Mole
Scapey ( Assuming all goes to plan )
PVB (Marine, dependent on train travel)

Sorry about leaving this one late but due to court case I did not know if I would have any money for it.

As I was defending myself and acting as the defense.

When the cop did not turn up and CPS tried to adjourn the case for another day but I had the case continued that day.

So without the only witness for the CPS, the CPS had no evidence, So due to this the

....................................case was closed

So what hotels are you staying at?????

I see the train station is right outside so I was thinking about the train.
