Also just noticed that William Hope has gone from Sunday and Monday to Saturday and Sunday so that's better for us. Trevor Steedman is still Sunday and Monday.

Nope matey it is the same weekend as NSC Star Wars event 4-7 May. Although I see from your post on the RPB that you have decided to pull out of the NSC event in favour of this one.

Anybody fancy doing a huge favour for me and passing on my details to a couple of the guys signing for Sci-fi Weekend????

Yeah well I got confused with the title saying CM 11 May.

I REALLY want to go to both events and have been agonising about this for ages.

Well the decission has to be yours, but like you said you did promise to bring loads of stuff to the NSC event ages ago.

We have free food and Martin makes a mean cup of coffee (also free). You would get to show off your talents and to be honest I think a lot of these UKCM guys don't know how to party that well (especially MEEEEEEEEE ), so you will also miss out on the Karaoke disco at the Marriott.

Si must be a bit of a square if he wants to hang out with us (and me).

I know, imagine not wanting to party with me instead of MEEEEE, I am obviously getting old and just can't compete matey!

Well, after deliberations with certain influential off-board parties I have decided to 'compromise' and am going to the NSC as I originally commited to do some time ago.

However as part of the 'compromise' I will be representing the UKCM at the NSC by taking some Aliens gear.

So apologies to the other regiments for messing ya'll about but the 13th is being deployed at the NSC not CM11. Take loads of pics and try not to let Pug molest too many punters

Hello chaps,

I am currently looking into the situation with regards to parking at the event.

If people could let me know who is coming and how many cars are expected, that would be appricated.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Please can i ask that everyone cover their weapons until we are actually changed into costume and well inside the event.

Because the show is held in a public place, I would rather play it safe and keep the weapons covered until we are trooping.

SOrry to throw down rules like this, the UKCM regulars know how much i hate doing that but I want to avoid any mishaps this weekend.
