The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Last year i found that the price did not drop from this point and started to rise around July. This however is no guarantee that his year will follow thew same pattern. On another point... i would like to suggest going a day earlier than usual. I have been checking out leaving on Wednesday 1st coming back as normal on the Tuesday evening. This time i would like to avoid all the rush and hassle getting there on the Thursday evening...

Discuss!

:D

Leaving Wednesday sounds a good idea to me, would be nice to be able to get settled before it all kicks off.

Had a nice tax rebate last week, so that should just about cover my flight :D

We normally book all on the same flight. As far as I can see, prices aren't good at the moment.

Gah!

Just seen that Jewel Staite, Sean Maher, Morena Baccarin and Eddie McClintock are gonna be there this year.

Hope they'll be there next year. :|

They were all there in 2008, then only Ron Glass last year, so I'm hoping they'll all be there next year. :?

Dragon*con only pays for the guests to be there every other year, so if they come next year it will be on their own dime
Since Jewel and Morena are JCB's people they wont be back in 2011 almost guaranteed

Damn.

Hope Nathan's not there this year then, or I'll have to miss D*Con next year in favour of 2012. :|
