OK, that looks final: Friday night and Saturday nights - As I said above, the apartment will cost about £644 for two nights - I will confirm tomorrow.

Assuming 8 - 10 people (allowing for people dropping out), this gives a cost per person of £64 - £80 for both nights.

Are we happy with that?

The website for the serviced apartments say:

So £12 for 24 hours - Expo is a "Public Show", right? :(

I have a decent amount of free parking near where I live (NW10), but its an nightmare journey on Tube and DLR to get to Excel.

Does anyone have any better ideas?

perhaps we could all meet up at your place and all bundle into one car to get down to excel? 2 days parking split between 4/5 people would work out pretty cheap
