Otherwise 2 folk are gonna be unable to maximise their discount, and will end up paying double what me, Kat and whoever shares with us is paying.

I still need to sort out some details with Harry, both with when we need to be at NSC and whether he also wants a lift off me or equipment carried.

I expect to be leaving on the Friday morning, returning Sunday night (I'm working Monday morning) and I would have no problems giving you a lift. Going via Kent (from NW London) makes it a major long haul, but if Harry also needs a lift then it would be more efficient.

Ok mate, shall I wait for a while then to see whats happening?

I think I'll be going up with Darren but as you said it does depend on on when we need to be there as it might clash with his work schedule. I need to speak to Malika but she's not back at work until Tuesday.

It's not a question of how to get there Steve. It's the cost. Any expendable cash I had will be going to fixing the car.
I can't afford to fix my car and pay for the weekend. And I certainly cannot accept putting it all on tab!!!

Just trying to get a fix on the room situation at the moment.

As far as I can tell the list below is current.

Data currently has a room booked but no one else in it.
Glenn was sharing with Bazfish but Baz is unlikely to attend now.
Skapunk was sharing with Mantroon but apparently Paul is not going now.
Gareth is looking for a room for the Saturday night.

Rev has a spare room with only Coredeath in it at the moment.

I would suggest the following.

Rev cancels his second room.
Coredeath, Glenn and Skapunk go in with DATA if they are all OK with that? ((remember you can have 4 in a room) - £55 per room per night plus £10 extra each for the third and fourth person))
Bazfish cancels one of the two rooms he has booked but keeps one room booked incase he and Paul decide to attend.
Gareth shares with me on the Friday as planned but can now go in with Harry on the Saturday night.

If people could please confirm the below is correct and if they are happy with my suggestions then that would be good and then "make it so"

YOu can work out what you'll need for the hotel yourself. Other than that it is entirely up to you. It depends on how much you want to spend on food and drink. It would be hard to advise on. There are always cash machines near by though. Just bring enough for the hotel for when you check in and after that you can sort it as you go

Further to that, I'm a long-haired, bearded hippy/bikeresque kinda chap. Don't really think I'd make a convincing Marine looking like this, eh!

I'm lobbying for Lab tech, scientist or maybe even a 'planted' member of the public.

I signed up months ago to do the Aliens experience but through the UKG with you guys also, but unfortunately my armour was sent to Australia and not in the UK where its supposed to be so cant do this now.
