The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Mattb (and Kim!) down and clear.

Well, what a very enjoyable jaunt that was! (the 8 hour round trip, not so much..)

Was great to catch up with everyone again, and Kim enjoyed herself being the unofficial photographer, and having the honour of Al Matthews describing how old his penis was to her.

When I actually develop feeling again in my lower back Im looking forward to deploying the 'Mid-life Crisis' again.

Thanks everyone, Gareth, Callum, Mr and Mrs Hohenkerk, Simon (Thank you Sir! May I have another!) Scouse, Bieber, Abi and Pedro, Kris, Coop, Steve, Lee, Dk max, Data, Kenny and Charlie, you make me honoured to know you all.

'Jesus killed by artificial potato'.

And no, you definately do not want to be a Kayak. Or be next to Callum using condiments unless you and all your friends enjoy salt.

And never ask Kris the time if you dont have 15 minutes to kill...

Nothing more I can add other that echoing what everyone has said... Awesome drop - thank you to all!

A great turn out of Marines and beasties - special thanks to Abi, Alan and Abe of course! Welcome to Liz, Charley and Kenny. And congratulations to Sgt. Cooper!

As Callum said, we made a great account of ourselves at a very successful event.

Chris, Liz, Kenny and Charlie down and Clear!

Although I will let the others speak for them selves when they sign up, Liz and I had an amazing time. Thanks to every one for the kind coments reguarding her armour. This was her first full drop as a Marine and she loved it!

Meeting Al was an Absolute pleasure and getting to speak to him reguarding Aliens: Colonial Marines was really interesting. He wanted to learn about the game from us as much as we wanted to talk to him about it! I have given him some of the goodies I had (wristbands and Keychains and such) and hes asked for a link to the forum!

If I was to take one phrase away from this weekend it would be "Combat Efficiently"......and how im not it....

Also Kayak....dont mention.....or Dean Kane.......

AND I AM NOT A FREEBOOTER!

Down and clear a few hours ago. Just unpacking and getting rid of this new suitcase as it broke my shoulder lamp arm due to the handle bars inside.

Anyway it was great meeting old and new face's and also a new event (To me anyway!) very busy with crasy numbers of people queuing up.

Great to see Al again and hope to see him soon.

Cheer's Steve

Winch Down And Clear via a very circuitous route! ;-)

Sorry I missed the event itself as it sounds like you guys and girls had a ball but since I don't have a complete Marine yet it is probably better that I had a prior engagement on Sunday and let other have the wristband. But I enjoyed Friday nights drinks and Chinese adventure although I have to say this has to be a first with EVERYONE going to bed BEFORE midnight!!!!!? Sorry I missed those of you who were only there on Sunday. :-(

A few random memories from the evening;

Gareth good luck on your Magical Mystery Furry Tour! ;-)

Callum do the thing with the Spoon! (originally typed BEFORE Chris posted his video!)

Next time we need a Restaurant that issues KNIVES as well as Sharp Sticks!
