The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

We are there to have fun, not specifically to do PR. The organisers are receptive and have made allowances so we can bring PRs and might have a place to change but nothing formal.

If you can have fun in armour then take it along. There should be plenty of space to remove armour and sit it down beside you while watching. I will be removing my head for the film if I'm well enough to be Abe.

No go, for me.
Thanks to some very inconsiderate members of the public, I'm now working to fix what they broke and stop trains from derailing.

Have fun, y'all.

Good shout! Something like ribbon for "Attendance of a public showing of Alien/Aliens/Alien 3, in uniform"

How is that not already a thing, and who OKs that as an idea?

SO what's the craic with this - is someone higher than myself in UKCM gonna ask Dom about this or are we not bothering? It could have site wide implications if it's made generic enough that others can reuse it...

Thoughts (Gareth/Kris/Rich i'm looking at you here  )?

'In costume' or similar might be better. Not all attendees have a 'uniform' :xeno:

Psst... Paint it OD or Bess Brown and it's still rations... just don't let the Sarge see inside. Have the two ladies form an Armed Escort detail to protect it!!

Really hate to say it (what with the beautiful ladies and all...) but you might need to check the website, I think they said no picnics....

30% chance of rain, I'm bringing the biggest umbrella I can find! *does a little sundance for good measure*

If it does say that then it's contradicting itself.
