The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

HH down & clear.

I had a great time. I feel bad that I didn't notice Gareth's improved Abe costume - but to me it's always looked good.

Like ADC said great chats, food, photos and FUN!

See you all in a couple of weeks! :)

Harry

Got back about 11pm last night and went straight to bed. Had a good night and day. Great to see everyone again.

My photos are up. Only took 10 photos for some reason though, Can't think why ;)

I'll post the vid of Daniel's presentation tonight hopefully.

http://www.friendly-skies.co.uk/images/Photos/PhotoGalleries/CollectormaniaMidlandsNov08/index.html

EDIT: Video is now up of the presentation. I have started a thread on the Ready Line to make sure more people see it though.

Some good ideas for the future banded around.

Daniel and Ian Whyte were great company at the event.

Wow
Cracking pictures from Andy and Harry there!
Great one of the Clangers and Mr Cash – Andy looks like he came to chew
gum and kick ass – and it looks like he's all out of gum!

And a corker of the guy who dropped his bag!

Harry's last one, it took me a few seconds!

Troons pix on Face Book are really nice from the shoot they did.

BTW I was following a Honda on the way home from the M6 to the M42 slip road until the hopwood services on the M5.

Was not hopwood I meant Michael wood services.

I was driving right behind you Gareth.

I know. I was also just behind Karyn and Andy. And you thought I was ignoring you when you pulled up alongside me on the inside?

Unfortunately, you disappeared about 2 minutes before we both pulled into the next services to have KFC together.

Yes I lost you in the heavy rain as there a van in the way and lost sight of you.

I stopped at Michael Wood Services on the M5 just before the M4.

There a burger King and KFC there.

Cheers Andy.

Cool photo's by the way Harry.

Steve, we were hoping to make it to the Gordano services on the M5 but our APC ran out of juice!

It was a case of dashing into the nearest service station, we didn't know Gareth and Paul were right behind us until then!

Horribler weather wasn't it!

Very nice KFC though! :)
