The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Why are these event so bloody close together.

I would like to go to D-con also. I thought it was a month apart.

Bloody hell. This this month and last there was lots of events and this weekend there the NEC and last fortnight it was the Manchester one. At the end of Oct there was MK again.

Paul said that someone did 53 events in a year. This would cost alot of money.

One a month would be my limit. That still 12. It cost around £200 a trip for the hotel, food, drink and that. So 12 x 200 = £2400. Than you need all the gear.

I guess who not going to D-con will have to find there own way there.

Cheer's Steve

Tell me about it. I figured this out last year. Going to drops is pricey enough that I figured it's instead of going on holidays all year, not as well as.

I can fit as many people as want to crash at my house.. Just be aware transport to Glasgow may become a problem if there's a lot.
