HI All, Thanks Doug for the listing and the support and the invite to join this discussion. I will also email you direct with full info closer to the event. But to confirm, 1. Free Car parking next to venue (10 secs walk to front door). DONE! 2. Space in a room to change for 4 of your team listed. DONE! 3. FREE table to display props and setup during the day. DONE! 4. 4 FREE lunches and tea/coffee. DONE! If you need anything else or help with anything, let me know and will do my best to sort it out. Website is live with all location info and all social sites info will start gathering pace from April (did not want to start to early this year). I will be in touch shortly to get your bios, pics etc to promote you shortly. I have a tight schedule in place and did not want to bog everyone down too early, with a million messages.
