Post subject:  Caerphilly Comic |||Con 15.06.19

We have been invited to drop at Caerphilly next year.
This is an event that raises money for charity, 2019 is in aid of The Autism Directory.
We will have a changing area, car parking and we will be fed and watered :)

No timings yet, it's a one day event.

Thanks Doug for the listing and the support and the invite to join this discussion. I will also email you direct with full info closer to the event.

But to confirm,

1. Free Car parking next to venue (10 secs walk to front door). DONE!
2. Space in a room to change for 4 of your team listed. DONE!
3. FREE table to display props and setup during the day. DONE!
4. 4 FREE lunches and tea/coffee. DONE!

If you need anything else or help with anything, let me know and will do my best to sort it out.

Website is live with all location info and all social sites info will start gathering pace from April (did not want to start to early this year).

I will be in touch shortly to get your bios, pics etc to promote you shortly. I have a tight schedule in place and did not want to bog everyone down too early, with a million messages.

I have mentioned you in the press in our local area as one of the groupd turning up.

I will be doing a post on the FB in the next couple of weeks leading up to the event.

I can confirm the following

1. Free Car parking next to venue (10 secs walk to front door). DONE!
2. Space in a room to change for 4 of your team listed. DONE!
3. FREE table to display props and setup during the day. DONE!
4. 4 FREE lunches and tea/coffee. (if possible, can your team bring your own mugs, you can help yourself to coffee/tea anytime. We are cutting down on plastic waste)
