There is only one section that is hidden to new users specifically and that is the "Base PX" (sales and wants). All sales and want-to-buy threads should go in here.

It's a very low number of posts required before it will appear (and you'll be able to reply to threads) and a few more until you can start new threads.

We put this in place to prevent people signing up *just* to sell stuff.
