The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Hi all

Is anyone still looking for one of the S6 bags that were being discussed a little while ago.
The local shop where I go sometimes seems to have a fair few of them scattered around buried in piles of misc. stuff.
If anyone is interested then I would be happy to pick some up and then send them out to you. I dont know exactly how many they have and I didn't fancy digging through too much stuff only to find that no one wanted one.
Anyway, if anyone is interested in one then put your name below and then I will go and dig up as many as I can find and they can be allotted according to whoever puts their names up first.
Price should be approx £8 inc postage in the UK, maybe £10 outside UK.

Let me know.

Cheers

Darren

hi Guys

So that's 4 bags then.

@ Jay, Originally it was thought that this was the bag used by Frost but it was found to be the bag used by Ripley when she is on the elevator on her way to rescue Newt.

I will pick these up tomorrow, so if you want one then let me know tonight if poss.

Cheers

Darren

Or add a cooling liner and have a beer cooler...(to be field tested at All-Con)

Hmm.

This brings to mind a very simple but absolutly essential project...

With a coat of Brown Bess (or your favourite alternative), some suitable stenciling and maybe even a couple of new catches, this...

could become a very convincing ammunition crate that serves the important function of storing all our cold beer!

Now unfortunatly those Ultra Cool boxes seem stupidly expensive, however there must be cheaper alternatives that look just as good.

Sorry to divert a little off topic..

One of the lads in my work is convinced this bag was used by Deitrich as well...
Don't think so, no?

These images of Dietrich's bag are from some continuity Polaroids I have:

It's not an S6 as far as I can tell.

The subject of Frost and Dietrich's bags was discussed in this thread here.

I made a cardboard liner last night to give the bag a bit of shape. They are big, aint they! I think I'll use it to store all my accessories in!

Jon

i noticed that mine seemed a little "floppy" at first but after I used it a few times it now seems to retain its shape quite well.
