The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

I'm on the hunt for all the backing cards that were used for they kenner aliens toys as I'm building the collection up for my son and I think I'm 12 figures missing from the whole set but would like to see the package backs that were with the toys. If anyone has them could they scan them for me and upload as then I could use them for my checklist and show him them all.

Cheers gav

I was always puzzled by the O'Malley figure? Why create a name when there were plenty of other screen used Marines names they didn't use from the film?

Because this time it's war!

They're not sending him into the pipe this time.

He's going to tell the Queen to Eat This!

He's going to make sure you try the cornbread this time!

He's afraid he has some bad news... You're ventilated!

What I'd like to know is why a "hover vehicle" requires treads.

EDIT!!!

Hang on a minute! Where's the "King Alien"?

Or the "Pygmy Marmoset Alien"?

Killer Crab Alien

Cheers darkwingstalker. I got that on along with the hivewars one. That's what made me think there is more as like Ssgt Burton said there no king listed there or even the wild boar alien. If push comes to shove I might even ask the ebay sellers to scan the backing card. Unsure if they would be useful for the alienscollection.com site as well.

The most I've ever seen is a few screengrabs.

http://www.alienscollection.com/operationaliens.html - Willie (or Harry..), I guess you don't have a load of tapes in your basement? ;)

The only good things to come out of that line were the Ripley figure, Power loader, queen playset and the Alien vs. Predator combo pack.

I bought every single figure and vehicle I could get my hands on, and a few Europe only figures. I opened a few, left others MOC. I ended up selling them on eBay about eight years ago for a good hunk of cash. I kept all the aforementioned "good" figures.

My first question when those came out was "Why is Vasquez the only one with a pulse rifle?"

Maybe some should forward this to Michael Biehn and said you were to be in a cartoon series. F**k David Fincher!

I am totally fascinated about this. There was actually a board game based on this series? With all the experts on this board is there no copy of the pilot available? I would love to see this. Anyone?

Someone at one point had a youtube video of a clip of the pilot. God knows if it still exists anymore though.

I still have some of the figures but played with them like mad back when I was a kid. Especially after they added the Predators to the mix. It was the adventures of Cracked Tusk and Apone.
