Hey All I don't want to seam like i'm stepping on toes. And i wish to be very respectful towards the Aliens Community. Currently i've been thinking about prop making as you can see. But i would like to ask respectfully towards the community if i could set up a website for my replica Alien Props. I'm asking if this is possible. I would be happy to accept any critisim. And would also like the administrators permission to host a link on my website to the Aliens Community. Please contact me if this is possible. If not i'm happy step back as i wish not to step on Toes. Thank You. Callum |

Hey Callum You don't need anyones permission to set up a website of your own. I assume this will be for showing your work and maybe selling it? Seems like a good idea to me anyway mate. go for it. Cheers Darren |

Oh brilliant. Well there was one suggestion. I would like to have as many people on the website with there props aswell. My website is currently planned as "Aliens Replica Props Colony" So. I have someone to design it but would Also like permission from other users if they would like to be hosted on the website with a profile. My main informant is around Community always ask. Wow, where did you get that Pulse Rifle? Wow, Where did you get the Motion Tracker. WE always say go to the Aliens Legacy Board. You'll find you stuff. But it is people wanting to accsess the Base PX. So i thought we could display the props from UKCM/USCM/UACM on a website and use it as an informant and advertisement for Alien Legacy, Matsuocorp, UKCM and USCM website. Spat Cave. But really generally i would like to use it as community based Replica Props site so Community can observe the replicas and admire or wish to purchase a similar prop. Ideally, i would like to make Profiles of some of our great Alien prop collectors Including myself, Harry, Gareth - etc.etc. Pretty Much everyone who has 1:1/1:4/1:240 etc etc scale props. Of course i would love to ask permission for the community to use them as a "Person Prop" directory. |

Ok, I see what your going for now. Yeah, obviously you would need peoples permission to host pics of their props etc but maybe you could do something where they can create their own profile and show what props they like/ offer for sale replicas etc. Cheers Darren |

Sounds like a combination of the USCM Charter and Your Props specifically for the Alien franchise. Sounds good to me. Plenty of Pulse Rifles, armor and maybe some EU custom stuff? We have plenty. |

Be careful about listing aggregates of where to purchase unlicensed replicas. We avoid that for very specific reasons. |

It gives the studio (in this case, Fox), and license holders a one click stop of everyone infringing on their IP. |

Been wanting to complete a few updates of my own but, have been distracted with several immediate priorities. Don't get me wrong. All outstanding packages have been posted. ...and, as far as I know, there is no one waiting on any transaction from me, aside from two commissioned pieces. Good luck with the site. I'll be here to offer any advice that would be of any help.
