Does anyone have info (or conjecture) on where ARMAT industries (if that's their correct trading name) would have been based?

It's important to note that since the 'colonial' economic centre and political centre is still based on Earth, such arms would therefore have to travel less distance to reach their end users if the original place of construction was on Earth.
