The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

We're working on putting this together Marines.

Checking to see how much it'll cost, details, etc. to reserve the smallest banquet room at the Hard Rock Cafe.

Looking at an earlier dinnertime 5-5:30. The Hard Rock will doubtlessly be having another group come in, so we're trying to book it, and book it so they can also turn it over in time for another group.

Due to Max Lager's treatment of us last year, MANY Marines have voiced their discontent of the place. As such, we will not be going back there, even just for regular, no room reserved, etc. dinners.

Please post your thoughts on this, we're working to make this one helluva fun time!

There are a few other options, but at the moment, Hard Rock is in the lead. I'm waiting to hear back from them.

Hooters is on the Colonial Marines "BANNED" list, as it looks like Max Lagers will be added to it as well.

We've had such good times at Hard Rock, I can think of no other place that has shared so much joy amongst the Marines. Also, it was the last place that Chris ate dinner with us. Special place, a very special place!

I called the Hardrock today and the ladies who I have to talk to were not there..I'll call them back tomorrow.

The manager said he would love to have us, and would have a special menu for us for a party our size..I told him perhaps 40 people. I, personally, would rather just order off the regular menu, as I'm sure the modified menu might be limited on things...but I'll iron that out tomorrow.

Hard Rock is cool by me. I hadn't gone to that particular location in the past, but I know plenty of us have enjoyed it there.

If you're ordering off the regular menu, they won't take a reservation... and we all know how long it takes to get served when you're 20+

Hard Rock seems just fine, especially if they're happy to seat around 40 of us. The special menu I think is good to go, too, because at least we'll be seated and comfortable.

the Hard Rock has gotten back in touch with Derek. And apologized profusely for the delay.

The skinny-

The room is available to us.

We will need to put down a deposit (1/2) Yes, just like last year, at the place we have forgotten it's name...

SOP in the restaurant biz Marines. It's the Hard Rock Cafe, site of many a good time with our brothers.
We'll do it the same way as last time, paypal, etc.
Just one key feature is changed. NO MAZ LAGEEERS!!

Derek will post menu details, cuz I forgot what he told me today...

The list is started-
1) Cpl Smith (Derek)
2) Derek's lovely wife (I assume, cuz she's always with us!)
3) Hollis (Rex)
