The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

This is Ralph Brown aka Aaron 85 from Alien 3 acting show reel. hes has an incredible wide range of roles and this show reel shows his wide range of acing ability including scenes from A3.

Funnily enough he follows me on twitter! i had a few online conversations with him over the past couple of years and he added me to his follow list which is an honour! He comes across as a laid back decent bloke.

Cool, nice one. I met him at the 1999 Aliens Convention and he was pretty cool.
He read from his diary that he kept on the production of Alien 3. There were some great stories in there and he had some er, interesting views of Sigourney Weaver (they didn't get on). Top actor, too. Loved him in Withnail.

LOL Paul 'Golic' McGann was in Withnail and I to as the enigmatic 'I' as well!

Ralph is one of the UK's best modern actors. Hugely underrated. He can do comedy, play villains, straight roles, virtually anything. He's a singer and saxaphone player in several bands too.

Check this out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DFDYBTs2g80 He did the voice over for this.

I wonder why he and Siggy didnt get on...

Ralph was at Pinewood Studios, formerly Shepperton, at about 3 o'clock in the morning, looking for one thousand brown M&Ms to fill a brandy glass, or Sigourney wouldn't go on set that night. So, Paul McGann popped his head 'round the door, and mentioned there was a little sweet shop on the edge of town. So - They went. And it was closed!

So there was Ralph Brown, and Charles Dance, and Brian Glover, breaking into that little sweet shop. Well, instead of a guard dog, they had got this bloody great big Bengal tiger! Ralph managed to take out the tiger with a can of mace, but the shopowner and his son... that's a different story altogether. He had to beat them to death with their own shoes.

Nasty business, really. But, sure enough, he got the M&Ms, and Sigourney went on set and made a great movie.
( Well, once the Director's Cut came out, anyway... )

The problem was that Ralph turned up on set in a Kaftan and a bell.

Sigourney could handle the Kaftan... But she couldn't handle the bell.

She said 'This is a film set, not fancy dress' so he said 'So you think you look normal...'

LOL
