 Post subject: Marine Helmet question

Location: Surrey, UK
Can someone confirm that the webbing that holds the rear plates on is riveted to the helmet at one end but glues to the lower lobster plate at the other, and if anyone has any pics of this that would be great. Just getting stuff together for my real steel build.

Only ones Ive ever seen were rivited only to the helmet...the webbing goes through the plates and comes back to be doubled over and riveted...

OR..(just found this)

Stephen210's TE armor has the bottom of the webbing folded back up and riveted to the top lobster plate from the inside.

The webbing on my TE helmet is riveted only to the helmet. It goes through the lobster plates and then loops back to the same point at the helmet.
