It's not wonderfully framed because there was a sign-language interpreter bobbing around just below Michael's chest level.

I spoke with Gareth last night, Dom. He's ill at the moment with flu so he's done pretty well to get that footage posted. I know he was probably going to have to take the weekend off work, so hopefully he's resting up and getting some sleep.
I guess that Thriller work out as Abe was pretty draining. "Oww!! hee-hee!" :lol:

If you're referring to the Michael Biehn Gold Awards footage, none of those (celeb) awards have been posted so far because they’re used in the documentary and we didn’t want footage leaking out on YouTube, etc. So that’s why G probably left that off.

Thought the presentation was great, by the way!

He's had an interesting career. For a period of a few years he was in 3 major movies. Terminator, Aliens and the Abyss, yet barely a single person knew who he was and even when they'd recognize his face they had no idea what his name was.

If you've watched Gareth's video of the Michael Biehn Q&A from DCon (see link in his first post), you may have learned with interest that he's directing his first feature film in China, 'THE BLOOD BOND'.

The producer has a pretty good blog with some cool pics of ol' Biehny and the production here:

Look forward to seeing this when it comes out. After all - he's had some of the best teachers! I like the shot of him mucking in Cameron style spraying his own stencils on the wall.

What a great video and award presentation. Wish I could've been there to see it in person. MB seemed a little blown away by the mere presence of so many diehard Aliens fans, but he certainly took it very well. Hope I get the chance to meet him some day, too.

(Hey Rex, what was it you said to him just before the presentation started? Just curious...) :)
