) so I'd love to see what you did

Well, we know that they break easily. So i've mended mine with a reworked antenna which i did myself. A toothpick!!!!! Then i just sanded it lightly to replicate the original antenna. Thank God! |

Now that looks great. You might want to seal it before you paint it, but that's just the trick.
