I'm Mike from CT, just recently enlisted with my buddy "Duke." He's right, this is an excellent fan community here.
I'm a huge fan of the Alien saga. Of course I love Alien and Aliens (I go back and forth between the two regarding which is my favorite). I also consider Alien 3 to be incredibly underrated, despite its flaws. I just recently sent a request for a service number and ordered my BDUs and patches. In a few weeks I look forward to ordering am M41A pulse rifle and putting it together.

Alrighty, got my gal to register, she's got a "tech name" of Sparky, as she is a electrician by trade, fire suppression the game! She's dove head long into Sci-Fi and Superhero costuming with me. It's a radical departure from her usual Ren Faire, Dickens and Pirates costuming.

Well, howdy everyone. I've been a lurker for a while and been making my way around some of the different sci fi costuming forums. I'm a big BSG fan in addition to Aliens. I recognize a lot of the names here from some of the other boards like Sci-Fi Hero and The Colonial Fleet. I go by DarthBoz, DBoz and Bozo at the other boards I frequent. I was primarily a 1/6 collector until about a year or so ago when I started getting into the 1/1 prop replicas. I've lusted after a pulse rifle for as many years as I can remember and am totally stoked about the HCG one coming along. I also hope to have a full set of Terry English armor some day.

Hello my name is Nathan and im 23.
Im from Georgia. Ive been into aliens and the colonial marines ever since i was young. I have a good size collection. Figures, models, comics, patches, ID tags, love it all. Now im trying to get more into the props. Ive been looking through this site for the past few nights and i think its on point. Other then the alien stuff l love working on my jeep and building rock crawlers, mountain biking, sky diving, working on computers and killing the 360. Pretty much anything like that or getting crazy in Athens
