Great- that means when they produce them, the test flights will be right over my house!
How about we save them 7.5M and just send them the tech manual?

You kidding? RAM and SCRAMjets have been around since the 70s. What you REALLY want is Pulse Detonation Wave Engine ("Pulsejet") technology...

Ah, but a Pulse Deteonation Engine is different to a Pulsejet.
The first pulsejet was developed a around the turn of the 20th century.
They were very popular in the 40's...
