Finished this a few weeks ago. I'd take a photo of it but my bro-in-law is the only person with a good digicam in my family, and he never brings it when I ask.
So I did the next best thing and scanned it.

She's right in scale with the Hot Toys figures (3&3/4 versions). She came from a playset consisting of camping items. She started out wearing a baseball cap, shorts and a short sleeved t-shirt. The cap was removed and the clothing turned longer by applying Aves epoxy putty. The overalls and hair were created with super sculpey, cured by submerging in boiling water. Painted with acrylic paints and sealed with Testors dull coat. I dirtied her up to look much like she did when Ripley and the gang first found her. I think Technoviking will especially like this as he likes to kitbash figures.

I thought Technoviking would be pleased. One must offer items pleasing when uttering his name, or be smited!

Check this photo for the exact set and ordering info. Go to "toys" and click on the picture of the little kid action figure wearing a red baseball cap.

It's from the same company that made the "little green army men" versions of the colonial marines and the playset with aliens and eggs. The above set is from the "Imagination Adventure" series.

If you can't order one through their site, let me know if I can help pick up one locally. I haven't seen them since around Christmas, they may have been cleaned out over the holiday. Hopefully they'll start re-stocking.

Don`t you DARE knock your work mate. That`s a fantastic piece of work you have right there :D

I`d be very proud of that for a Newt in my own collection of 1/18th ALIENS,Predator,AVP figures.

You truely have done the character a LOT of justice at this scale,I for one truely see this,so Stop It ;)

I must admit I never even thought of sorting out a newt figure. So thank`s for A,Seeing yours,B the brand to use as base & c,Inspiring me to have a go :D

I am working on the None Atmosphere Colonial Marine (as seen in the Tech Manual).

I am also planning on doing a small batch of USCM,UKCM members & immortalizing them as 1/18th Colonial Marines :D

I need to sort out a few more bodies then I`ll be posting a Required Ref thread of Armour detail, style & heads.

Well, thank you. :) I had to make a Newt to go with Ripley. And since I have the AvP Hot Toys BAF queen, I'm thinking of having a go at an egg chamber diorama type setup.

And you know I love to see your USCM/UKCM figures. Is that guy who was offering casts of mini USCM armor still offering them?
