I dont think its that rare..just not posted on here before, i have a that picture on my pc for a good few years now...only copies i have seen of it have been small picutres...no larges size copies...

Yeah I've got this pic saved as well. Notice the strategic placement of the EKG pads and "tape".
It's odd this scene didn't make it into the final cut of the film (at least from this angle) considering the attire she strips down to in the Narcissus.
