Well, I'll include it on the new batches of armor, and I'll just tell you how to do it on your own set. There's really no point to making anyone pay for an upgrade, it's too easy to do.

I attached it with 2 rivets, one under each of the buckles so it would not be seen.

The rubber is from Home Depot. It's the rubber bumper insulation for mounting under a garage door to seal it up.

I had some in my shop for use on Trenches, so on my next trip to Home Depot I'll grab a new pack and see what the official name of it is.

One pack has like 20' of this stuff, while you only really need 12" on each leg.

And, no, I'm not going to be shipping any spare rubber out, it's honestly not even worth the shipping, since the stuff is so cheap.

Hope that helps!

Ok, Marines, here's the material:

Black Vinyl Replacement Garage Door Bottom Weatherseal

It's made by Frost King, and can be found in the aisles with the other weatherstripping stuff.

It comes in 10' and 18' lengths.

The 18' stuff is $15. I didn't price the 10' one.

And remember, all suits of my armor will come with this already installed, so no need for those who have an order in with me to go pick it up.

Hope that helps!

I have just started to attach rubber, mine must be a bit thinnner that what you are using Spat , i have attached it with 2 rivets but the top part is way too flopppy... :? have used a thin bead of glue along the edge seems to be ok now, will know more in the morning...

I'm also putting a strip of rubber either side of the backplate so when the breast plate is in place there is not a gap between the front and back....( if i was slimmer it would fit better... ) after all armour is supposed to protect you not leave a big gap down the side...as in my case...

It's only floppy when your leg is not in the armor. Once you put it on, it shouldn't flop anymore. Or at least, it doesn't flop when my leg is in it.
