The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Great idea Paul, and a lovely choice for first beneficiary too. :)

This is not meant as a hijack, but could the new fundraiser status be of any assistance when it comes to this new firearms/re-enactment law?

Excellent stuff :D. Lets hope we can relieve lots of people of their spare change. I'm sure our bugs will help in that respect.

Awsome idea and very worthy recipients.
The collection buckets have to be sealed and your not supposed to shake them(which is a bloody pain as thats what gets most to donate). They seem to be quite hot on it at places like Mem.Same for shopping centres.
If you ask the NSPCC should happily provide you stickers etc i know they did for the UKG.They really do apprieciate people raising funds for them, whereas Children in Need didn't seem that bothered when they were our main charity.
The NSPCC took over Childline as well.
