The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Chryse, you made a related comment in another thread, and I thought the irony fit your avatar. You just never specified WHICH homeland. The fact it's long ago in a galaxy far, far away doesn't matter... ;)

Please can I be annoying and change my slogan?

I need it to read "Arrrrrggghhh!.......SARGE!....I love youuuu....." or similar, whatever you can fit in.

It's relevant to a special Aliens Experiance run-through we did at the NSC for our guys. I was playing Grunt 1, who holds back an Alien with gunfire whilst the Sarge gets the public into the Airlock. When the Sarge gets in, Grunt 1 gets grabbed by the Alien before he can follow, as the door closes. The public see him getting grabbed by the Alien and I'd perfected my deathscream.

However, as this was a special run-through, as the Airlock door closed, I followed my death scream with:
Arrrrrggghhh!.......SARGE!....I love youuuu.....

Needless to say, the two Marines the other side of the Airlock couldn't say their lines for laughing, and the Alien that had grabbed me was doubled over and couldn't run to his next cue.

The other Marines got into the spirit too:
SARGE BOWN: We have a Man down.
CPL TONY RB: Who was it sir?.
SARGE BOWN: Private Grosvenor.
CPL TONY RB: Oh, that's okay. I never liked him anyway. Can I have dibs on his wife?...
