Based on new info from Doug, I’ve been doing some investigation on what the possible component parts of the Smartgunners sight black “T-connector” might be …
I have the original Megatron toy sight piece, as well as the excellent Mars Attacks replica, so have been using that as a starting point for sizing.
Measuring the Megatron part (circled in red) – OD 13.9mm / ID 10.5-11.5mm (bit hard to be more precise as there’s a wee bit of flex in the part).

From Harry's pic, this white connecting piece is I think, 11mm OD PVC pipe [this typically has an ID of 9mm].

Given the T-connector looks to have a diameter bigger than the ID of the Megatron part, but less than the OD, I’d estimate it’s diameter to be between 12-13mm approx... this works with Mars' replica sight part.
Searching for possible EMA parts, the 12.7mm Tee and the 12.7mm Tube Cap look to be very good candidates for most of what this part may have been made from.
My thinking so far, is that the bits of the connector in the yellow diamond are EMA parts, the red square section is fabricated from something else, and the green diamond (which I always thought was a resin part), is actually just the cable boot / protector part of an old telephone cord, or similar.
