HI guys

I show you my replica of the hudson knife

Thanks to the prop store photo and the movie in BR I was able to replicate the knots of its cover.

Making the knots is very simple, but if someone is interested I think I can explain how to do them

Very cool. I was planning on doing this myself before I had to box everything up. I did the knots out of what I believed was paracord and was pretty surprised when those propstore photos came out. Been meaning to redo the whole thing to include the crossover in the middle of the sheath. I know I would appreciate a refresher on the knot pattern if you have the time to post it.

We start with a normal knot and pass a loop through the first loop, ...and repeat....and repeat

How long did your strip of leather did you use?
I know the 'factory' leather that came on mine is not nearly long enough for that.

My leather is shoelace leather :lol:

I bought 4 meters and I have about 50 cm left over :shock:

Look at the number of knots in the original, because I made two more than the original :lol:

It is clear that Hudson liked to knot things.... the eagle Knot.... its sheath.... He also has a loop with paracord holding his sheath when he wears the armor,a knot just like the eagle knot
