Its been many years since i built my first pulse rifle. Learned many things and what not to do. So on this build im using what i have learned from my last one. First i have a combination of metal and plastic parts. Cybergun thompson, meyal stock and barrel vent. The shrouds spas cage and the rest are 3d printed. Today i disasembled the thompson removing the stock and the foregrip. I also removed the barrel. Keeping this so i can attach the spas cage just like the original. Had to cut and grind off the front sight. Needed to lengthen the barrel as well. Used my limited machining skills and tapped out the end of the barrel then threaded on a galvanized plumbing nipple. Appears to be straight. Not as easy as it sounds. Couldnt get it threaded all the way but its in no danger of coming out. Hows it look?
