So Moosh reached out to the legend BugStomper to dig up some old files. Rather than try to look back in way-back machine I am just posting it fresh before moving it to the archives.
Attached are the measurement on screen used vents and stocks. If you wish to make replicas, it doesn't get any more accurate than this!!! Be sure to thank Stefon ("Bugstomper") and Moosh for the effort!

Thank you all for these. I can attest that the 8-hole plans were definitely measured from an original Pulse Rifle.

If anyone makes the 8-hole stock & vent available and completely accurate that would be amazing. Even after all these years no one has got it quite right.

I still have some of these i printed out many years ago... Made my 10 hole vent from these plans
