Like always there will be a lot of sanding and revision after the apoxie sets up... Still a lot of work to do... it never ends...lol

man you ain't kidding.. That is why I was dreading the tail...lol

Not sure you can tell from the pic but all those little pieces of foam I keep adding are basically the skeleton for the clay foam. It helps it keep it shape cause clay foam likes to sag and deflate while drying. If I did the whole tail out of Apoxie clay it would be WAY too heavy.

Yea i just feel bad for the guys who had to make this in miniature like the guys who work for Hot Toys or Sideshow. Some of the Alien figures have more than one Alien so thay had to make this thing more than once back to back!

Not done yet still have to sand it and add more detail... but at least I know it's going to look right...The tail is 11 feet long BTW
