Never built one to this level of detail. I really had no idea how long it would really take since I work so much.... I will be lucky to finish it this year.

The bar stool looks child sized, in comparison.

Excellent progress in only a year's time.
Looks like the home stretch is underway.

Thank you... yea that is one thing I wanted is to see an alien full size not downsized so a human could wear a suit. The movies said they were 8 ft tall and that is what I wanted. This one is more like 9ft tall.

Once the legs are done it will be time for the tail... and I expect that to be the hardest part.

This foam clay takes nearly a week to dry all the way through.. but it is very sandable and lightweight. Top layer will be apoxie clay.
