Just spoke to him on Messenger.
He can't get into the forum on his phone and isn't at a PC but will check on when he can.

That said, he did ask that I remind y'all that the only good line of comms to him right now is not posting on here; but emailing Matt@matsucorp.com.

If anyone here with a complaint has not done so, you need to.

ALSO; if you do need to speak to him, please ensure that you include every username/ID that you may have used to interact with him in the past, as he's had problems with folk posting on here under one ID and messaging him under another, with him not realising it was the same person.

I'd just like to caution anyone considering purchasing a pulse rifle from Matt. I placed an order with him in June of 2021. Since my initial down payment of $600, I've sent him an additional $700 or so in parts. He initially promised that the rifle would be completed within six months, however, that date has long since come and gone and I have nothing at all to show for it. He would continually provide excuses as to why the rifle wasn't completed and often take several weeks to respond to my emails. Finally after well over a year of waiting, I demanded a refund and now he has completely ghosted me. Unfortunately, my paypal protection has long since expired, and it appears that he has simply stolen $1200+ from me. Once again, DO NOT trust Matt with your money unless you wish to have pilfered. Years ago there was a time when he was a reliable and trusted member of the Aliens community, but unfortunately that is no longer the case and he has descended into common criminality. It's sad to see a once trusted prop maker to fall to such depths, but I feel it's my duty to inform others and hopefully prevent them from being scammed as well.

You have the address the parts were shipped to... perhaps pay him a visit?

I am bumping this thread as Matt continues to ignore my emails. I have given this guy the benefit of the doubt for far too long. Avoid this seller, folks.

Call PayPal and get your money back. That’s what I had to do. Or your CC company. He will then respond to you. Don’t let him fool you. He is a thief as far as I’m concerned.

I was able to get my order. I should have never paid him what I did. But I gave him fair compensation for work done.
