Post subject:  Alien 3 Commando helmet?
I have a question,does anyone know what the base helmet was,which was used for the base form.?

I was under the impression that they were all custom forged by Terry English.

I thought I read somewhere they were a now-discontinued cycling helmet. Like the tour de france style levels of cycling worried more about aerodynamics than style.

It’s difficult to tell isn’t it? I assumed they were all formed by Terry but it could well be that they are built around an existing shell

He is a blast. I spent a day at his house and we went out to a local pub that night and shut it down.

It was some sort of cycling helmet
I'll get that sorted.
I started on the build anyway,just got the goggle ppart done at the moment.

This is just a test fitting,becouse it has to be trimmed Down a bit.

Not me. Thank goodness no cameras during my visit. When I visited friends in the UK they took me to Terry's house. He has a good relationship with the UKCM guys.

It's like a Puzzle,one piece at a time.
Got the ear parts done.
I'll get the photos up soon,as the ones i took are to big.
I'll get some new ones done tomorrow when i'm in my workshop.
