10 regular darts via a motor (auto) up top, and pump action "mega" darts down under. Too damn fun. Finally may be on board for a 'nerf' war that my kid is always on about. And for conventions! I can see my two kids at the 'weapons check' counter and handing over the batteries to show it is disabled. Then as they are moving away, my daughter pulls out a stack of hidden backup batteries and hands them to my son... |

So you guys didn't know either, huh? So glad someone shared the link on my FB feed. I ordered 2, total im-pulse buy. So in mental preparation, what's everyone's go to clear coat once you've painted this properly? I'm expecting these to be handled pretty often. |

I do not plan on clear coating. I will paint it like I have my others. A primer coat, a silver coat and finally a BB coat. That why the silver will show thru as it is handled. Thanks! Greg |

They say they measure 2 feet, so this is damned close to full size and may just be rounded to an easy number. |

Based on my extensive experience with NERF guns (father of 10 year old) and seeing what appears to be their 'standard' magazine compatibility (just with additional base part) I feel pretty safe extrapolating that magazine into a 'full size' pulse rifle. Very good point about the size of it, but I love Nerf guns and they seems to think the bigger the better. theres even some cheap ones that are 3 feet long or more. God imagine if it WAS kid sized, what a massive letdown that would be. |
