Just an old beer ad that was clearly influenced by alien. Would love to have a better sense of how big an influence these movies were on pop culture back then.

That is great! The helmet reminds me of Outland, I wonder if they rented a leftover costume for the commercial?

The harness from Outland was reused for the salvage team in the opening of Aliens, and the helmet was used in Red Dwarf.
