I wanted to name my girl Ellen-Ripley but my wife was against (she preferred Amanda). Anyway, we got a boy!
We agreed on naming our tortoise Amanda (and it's a male)!!!

That was Hilarious! and Sigourney still looks awesome as Ripley! It's a shame they're not doing an Aliens 5 with her and Michael Biehn. I was getting all excited when I read that both would be on board but Ridley Scott's new movies seemed to complicate things.

Dropship you should have seen the shitshow here when all of that went down. Threads are still here somewhere.
Ive stopped wishing for Aliens 5 after those last star wars movies happened and Blomkamp posted that pulse rifle pic.

Seven - I can imagine a super-pissed off Alien fan mob, with pitchforks and torches!! I'll go search for those threads! And yes, I did see Blomkamp's Alien 5 concept art with the PR, along with Ripley and (a living) Hicks! It just makes me sad at what could have been. I do hope that someone over at Disney (who bought 20thCF) looks over Blomkamp's Alien 5 screenplay and decides that this movie has to happen.

yep the concept art looked amazing, was just making fun of the pulse rifle with all the attachments he posted on instagram.
I really just wish someone would steal a copy of the screenplay and let us do what we want with it. Dont have faith in hollywood anymore. obviously cant really fault him on the rifle though, hes just messin around I think.
