those are neca right? i notice none of them have a strap, do you just rip the straps off?

Yes, they're all Neca. Some I painted to have more of the bess brown look. Also, I used an x-acto to cut the slings off. IMO, they bug. They make it difficult for storage and look tacky to me. I do however save and use them for other projects.
